The freedom to learn is a statewide education in the United States of America create high performing, student-centered learning environments by providing each student and teacher with proper direction, and consistent access to 21st Century learning style tools to help students in the classroom. However, freedom of education is the right for parents to have their children educated in accordance with their religious and other views, allowing groups to be able to educate children without being impeded by the nationwide. It's true that education can develop one's mind to think freely and that kind of freedom in and of itself is invaluable. But in a more practical sense, the increase in income that an education brings success, equips people with freedom to choose a lifestyle of their liking learning and education is the key to freedom.
Moreover, different psychologies underlie language learning. In learning a first language, there is a certain level of compulsion involves, necessitate by the lack of choices. Besides, this is usually done at an early age, when the articulators are very flexible and unencumber by a previous language. The GIRL administrators who would like to take part in this literacy program will gauge the success of an afterschool reading program by participants’ performance on standardize assessments. Educators would be able to give one question and one sentence. Supervising educators would present at all tutoring sessions and on-the-job training. Feedback is given to tutors frequently and consistently. Necessary skills, such as patience, observation, listening, understanding, monitoring, connecting, effective communication, and behavior management are taught.
