Dr. Rosnel L. Joseph, has a Bachelor of Science (BSBA) in Management Information Systems and business Administration, a Master of Science in Computer Science Education (MS), and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, Instructional Technology, and Distance Education.
Dr. Joseph has served as an Academic Instructor with Adams Associates, Inc./Miami Job Corps Center for the past two years. His responsibilities included all aspects of instruction and the learning experience of the students, ensuring the classroom was well organized and conducive to learning.
He is professional and aware of how the most simplistic decisions impact the entire school community. This is actualized by his confident decisiveness, tact, and pleasant demeanor, which in turn sets the standard for the school culture. Instructed students with high-quality supervision and management for the student population. Determined each student’s mastery of specific skills based on the results of a standardized test, such as the Tests of Adult Basic Education (TABE), and based on classroom test performance. Dr. Joseph has served as an Associate Professor at ITT-Technical Institute, Inc. for the past three years. Specialized Information Technology Teaching Areas: Fiber Optic Communications, Software Development Capstone, Database Design Concepts, Risk Management in Information Technology Security, Network Communication Infrastructure, and Creating Websites using HTML and XHTML, Visual Basic, CSS Onsite, and Online Courses. Dr. Joseph has served as an Adjunct Professor at St. Thomas University for the past two years. Taught in both their online and in-class programs instructor in B.A. in Elementary Education, as well as the MS in the Instructional Technology Design program, and dedicated weekly to holding online Zoom meetings for students. Dr. Joseph has served as a Fifth-Grade Teacher at Miami-Dade County Public Schools for the past nine years. During his tenure at Miami-Dade County Public Schools Dr. Joseph consistently demonstrated a commitment to the education of our children as well as a concern for professional development and growth, which benefits the students within the classroom and throughout the school.

Dr. Khalifa Stanford has been an educator with Miami-Dade County Public Schools for two decades and has served as a professor at Miami-Dade College for the past thirteen years. In addition to teaching, Dr. Stanford has been a United Teachers of Dade Executive Board Member for the past six years and has served as a UTD delegate. She is also an Alternate Building Steward at her school site. She earned a B.A. Degree from Bethune-Cookman University and a Doctorate Degree in Education from Nova Southeastern University. She was trained by the College Board to implement and attract minority students to AP and Honors courses and conducted a study with the U.S. Department of Education on implementing vocabulary instruction. She was awarded by Governor Scott the Excellence in Education Award and was honored by the Miami-Dade County Commissioners in 2018. Also, Dr. Stanford was a finalist for Social Studies Teacher of the Year for Miami Dade County Public Schools for the 2017-2018 School Year. This school year Dr. Stanford was one of the educators from around the state to participate in the Leadership Florida Class sponsored by the Florida Department of Education. Dr. Stanford was nominated for the African American Achievers Award in the field of education. She was a finalist for the United Way Outstanding Human Services Professional Award. Dr. Stanford was also selected for the 2015 internship with the Florida Education Association. She was also chosen for the McDonald’s Teach for the Soul Award for two consecutive years and was one of the educators from across the nation selected to participate in the 2016 ABOTA National Teacher Law School Program. She also participated in the C-SPAN Educator’s Conference in 2017 and in 2013 participated in the Florida Humanities Council Summer Institute. Dr. Stanford has also mentored new teachers for the Teach for America Program. She continues to fight for public education and believes that education is the great equalizer.

She has teaching experience, and is an EEC Lead teacher Certified Tobin Beaudet Schools, Community Montessori School, Wayland Public School, and Administration and Management High School student at Marie Reine Immaculee.
