The distance learning is a versatile means of delivering information to learners around the world with a variety of social media, including text, audio, graphics, animation, video, and downloadable software. A fairly sample educational technology activity using distance learning and e-learning are involved linking individual students with their counterparts under developed countries using web-based e-learning. We can compare all different distance learning approaches and their implementation in everywhere in the worldwide networks. In terms of “Teaching Learning Styles” speaks to the understanding that every student learns differently. These are all essential for instructors to consider when they are engaging their students in learning experiences, whether they are blended, where some of the time their students are tutoring in the virtual learning with them and other times they are at a distance.
Technically speaking, an individual is learning style refers to the preferential way in which the student absorbs, processes, comprehends, and retains information. In the field distance education, the Internet uses not only to supplement virtual learning supports, but also as an increasingly popular medium for delivery of online learning education training at Global International Reading Literacy Institute (G.I.R.L). An immense amount of research literature and Internet based teaching modules are added to this network continually. We think there is a similar advantage could accrue to G.I.R. L’s offering distance education increasing staff work load and ability to offer tutoring outside conventional hours may appeal to staff members. Thus, the wider pool of students’ already seen as a major driving force and there could be savings in lecture halls, Zoom, and chat room. Additionally, online instructor should be acted as both; educator and facilitator. We believe each character plays an important role and gives a big impact in the online learning environment.
Furthermore, collaborative learning can increase effectiveness of distance learning. In most environment students have access to a common repository of information, to the instructor support center, and interact more intensely with a small group of other students as part of the learning process. In terms of “Distance Education” as a special meaning at its core values, however, distance education means the delivery of instruction via one or more analog or digital telecommunications technologies to traditional and non-traditional students or learners who are separated from the instructor by distance and time.
Moreover, we think instruction perhaps live or asynchronous may be audio/video distance education. Consequently, those connection points, better known as community learning, become extremely important in creating a sense of belonging. Online instructors need to understand their students’ attitudes about using computers and experience using online technologies.
The discussion of goals and motivation suggest that a student’s purpose for taking training sets the stage for becoming better learners to read and write fluently engage in the tutoring session, which in turn affects distance learning. An emerging theory of online learning states five variables emerge as having a potentially significant impact on student learning in an online environment in our community.
